3. What personal information do we collect and why?
We may ask you to provide personal information directly to us. For example, we may request your contact details such as full name, street address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth in order to:
• book a yacht or tour
• create crew lists or vouchers
• arrange skipper certificates
• provide the services and information you request
• supply booking details
• keep an emergency contact number
To make a card payment via the link, you must provide billing information (such as cardholder name, card number, and expiration date) to Nets Holding A/S.
You have the right not to provide personal information; however, most of this data is necessary for booking and payment, crew lists, vouchers, and skipper certificates.
If you make a reservation for another person, we will request personal information and travel preferences for that individual. You must obtain their consent before providing this information. Your travel companion’s details can only be amended through you.

• arranging skipper certificates

When you pay by credit card via the link, Nets processes confidential payment details (such as cardholder name, card number, and expiration date).
If you agree to receive marketing emails, we may send you information about routes and programs that may interest you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

• charter companies, hotels, airlines, and tour operators providing services during your trip
• Nets, when you make a payment via the card payment link
